NWPPA Utility Rate Survey - Summer
2003
For the first time in several years,
NWPPA conducted a rate survey in June and July of 2003. The survey was reinstated
in response to several requests from members in the Pricing, Rates and Economics
Section. We were happy to receive surveys from over 133 utilities from throughout
the Western U.S. and Canada.
The results of this survey are available
below in both pre-formatted Adobe Acrobat files and in a raw Microsoft Excel file.
A detailed description of each file is included next to the link for that file.
Current plans call for the Utility
