Dear Member:

The NWPPA staff, attorney and Board of Trustees has begun a process of reviewing its programs/services and its venues, both electronic and in-person, for compliance with antitrust and anticompetitive laws.

As a result, some of our programming, such as surveys, has been temporarily suspended. Our intent is to complete the review, possibly modify the service/activity (with member input and Board approval) and restart the programming as quickly as possible. You have already been notified if the NWPPA program you participate in has been temporarily suspended.

In the meantime, we encourage all members to comply with NWPPA’s  2-2 Association Antitrust Compliance Policy as you participate in any ListServ, BaseCamp, electronic forum or in-person meetings/discussions hosted by the Association.
