Apply for a NWPPA System ID

  • If you have already received your "System ID" and passwords, please click
    "Go to Survey Selection" to enter survey data, or click
    "Go to Survey Reports" to see survey results.
  • If you have not received your "System ID" and passwords, or have forgotten them, click "Request a System ID from NWPPA", complete the form that will appear, and the information will be sent to the email address we have on file for your utility.
  • Want to see a sample survey? Click "Go to Survey Selection" and look for the Sample Survey instructions.
